Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused
• The product is in its original packaging
• All accessories are included
• The item is not physically damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
• Products without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for verification.

Refund Process

After inspection and approval:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued through the original payment method where applicable
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours
